The landscape around Rosport is caracterized by wooded hills, the Sauervalley and its meander. The villages in the region have preserved their rural character. Tracks will lead you through the beautiness of the border region between Luxembourg and Germany.
On the the lake in Rosport you can pratice nautic sports. The neigborhood of the lake is best suited for walkings and recreation near the water.
Henri Tudor (1858 - 1925) pioneer in the field of accumulators, has build a marvellous landhouse surrounded by a charming parc. Today it is the administration building of the municipality council.

A small church from the 12th century (Girsterklaus) has become a well known regional sanctuary.
Rosport is famous through the mineral water having the name of the village where it comes from.
Location: Rosport - southern part of the Sauer on the border to the Mullerthal- 8 Km south-east from - 15 Km from Trier (Ger) - in the German-Luxembourg Nature Park.
