Die EFA-Gruppe
Lübeck gibt dieses Award an alle lizensierte Funkamateure und
SWLs heraus. Es zählen nur FIRAC-Stationen aus Deutschland, und
es gelten Verbindungen ab 1. Januar 1982. Für den Erwerb des
Awards ist folgende Anzahl von Punkten nötig:

Eine Verbindung zählt einen Punkt. Die Verbindung mit der Clubstation DLØLY zählt zwei Punkte; eine Verbindung mit DLØLY ist obligatorisch. Awardanträge werden mit GCR-Liste und 7,-- DM oder 15 IRCs an den Awardmanager: DL1HDH, Heinz Halbach, Gotenweg 2, D-23558 Lübeck, geschickt.
The Railway Radio Amateur Group of
Lübeck issues this award to all radio amateurs and SWLs. Only
contacts with German FIRAC stations are valid from January 1st, 1982.

DLØLY counts two points. The contact with DLØLY is compulsory. GCR list and fee 7,-- DM or 15 IRCs to be sent to the award manager: DL1HDH, Heinz Halbach, Gotenweg 2, D-23558 Lübeck.
Le groupe des radioamateurs cheminots de Lübeck délivre ce diplôme à tous les radioamateurs licenciés, ainsi qu'aux SWL. Seules comptent les liaisons réalisées avant le 1er janvier 1982 avec des stations radioamateur cheminots allemandes.Chaque liaison donne un point, et il est obligatoire de réaliser une liaison avec la station-club DLØLY qui donne 2 points. Pour obtenir le diplôme il faut avoir le nombre de points suivant :
